The Residency Program provides artists with the opportunity to utilize The Watermill Center as a home and a workshop to create and develop their own work.
For more than 20 years, the principal activity of The Watermill Center has been the International Summer Program led by Founder and Artistic Director, Robert Wilson.
Created with a generous gift from philanthropist Inga Maren Otto, the fellowship provides support for emerging and mid-career artists who have demonstrated exceptional creative ability in the arts.
Stay up to date on all upcoming events featuring our extensive international alumni network, and look back on the history of the Artist Residency Program.
