ÇA IRA ('There is Hope'), an opera in three acts. Mr. Rogers will show excerpts from the opera he created and discuss the creative process. George Roger Waters is an English rock musician, guitarist, bassist, songwriter, and composer. He is best known for his illustrious 1965-1985 career with the band Pink Floyd as their main songwriter, and responsible for the majority of the album concepts (from 1968), one of their chief singers (along with David Gilmour), and bass player.
