Art Southampton presented by Art Miami will host a very special evening to benefit The Watermill Center. On Friday, July 27, internationally acclaimed director and Watermill Center Founder Robert Wilson, will host a VIP reception followed by a screening of “HEAARTBEAT” a documentary on world renowned artist John Chamberlain created by his step-daughter Alexandra Fairweather. The screening will help launch The Watermill Center/John Chamberlain Residency Grant Fund to benefit the Center’s year-round Artist Residency Program, which provides a unique environment for young and emerging artists to explore and develop their work.

The evening will begin with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at 5:00pm. At 6:30 pm there will be the special screening of “HEAARTBEAT”. Seating is limited to the first 40 generous donors at the price of $500 per ticket with 100% of the proceeds going directly to The Watermill Center/Chamberlain Residency Grant Fund. Of special interest to collectors and fans of the artist will be the display of a number of Chamberlain’s works by the prestigious Gallery Valentine.
