International Brunch Series at The Watermill Center
Join us for the final international brunch of 2016 on Sunday, September 18! Local chef and restaurant owner Jason Weiner will craft and serve seasonal dishes that reflect farm-to-table roots and highlight local ingredients from neighboring farms. Guests will also enjoy an exclusive presentation by Norwegian resident artist Tori Wrånes and dine with artists-in-residence Zeinab Shahidi Marnani, Noel McKenna & Álvaro Restrepo.
Chef Jason Weiner boasts extensive experience at many of the country’s top kitchens. Since 2001, he has served as executive chef and proprietor of Almond restaurant which opened its first location in Bridgehampton, New York, followed shortly thereafter by a second Almond outpost in Manhattan’s Flatiron District in 2008 and L&W Oyster Company in 2012. In June 2016, Weiner and his business partner opened Zigmund’s Bar located at 203 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike in Bridgehampton, NY.
Reservations for each brunch are available for a donation of $75/person. Advanced registration is required as capacity is limited.
