As an ashtanga practitioner, Sara teaches a heavily-ashtanga influenced vinyasa class, with a focus on quieting the mind through breathing and movement. Sara believes that with dedication, the yoga practice can serve as our greatest mirror, revealing and clarifying one’s true self. Sara has over 550 hours of training in asana and philosophy.
