Artists’ Table is The Watermill Center’s year-round series of gatherings, inviting the public to an intimate presentation by our Artists-in-Residence, followed by a farm-to-table meal by Chef Dina Lombardi on The Center’s scenic campus.

Dina Lombardi is a beloved private chef living and working on the East End of Long Island. Chef Lombardi started her career working under New York Chefs David Bouley, Nobu Matsuhisa and Gabriel Kreuther. Her cooking is influenced by her work history, an intense nostalgia and fondness for her Nana’s cooking, and a focus on health and nutrition as they are connected to the food we eat.

This is event is rain or shine. If a rain date is necessary, we will announce it the preceding Monday.
All attendees must be fully vaccinated, and present proof of vaccination during check-in. Those unable to show proof of vaccination will be turned away. For the foreseeable future, unvaccinated children are unable to attend. Masks are required indoors.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for the check-in process.
