Karen M. Meyer (M.A.) is well-renowned as a teacher, adventurer, and healer. She has studied yoga, reiki, polarity training, and Thai yoga massage at the Himalayan Institute, Reiki Arts Continuum, and various centers internationally. In 2007, she created Moonheart Healing Arts Center as a refuge for those seeking peace and clarity on their life’s journey amidst these difficult times. Now, Meyer teaches body/mind techniques, such as yoga, meditation, stress reduction, diet and nutrition, addiction cessation techniques, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Due to the international nature of our Artist Residency Program, we are asking all guests to remain masked while indoors. We thank you for supporting our efforts to keep both our international and local community of artists and alumni safe and healthy during their stay at The Watermill Center.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for the check-in process.

Please wear comfortable clothing for movement. We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat, and any other props you may need for support for sitting posture and relaxing on your back in a final restorative pose.

The Watermill Center is committed to providing accessible programs and services for all patrons and artists with disabilities. For further information about any accessibility issues or needs, please email us at info@watermillcenter.org.
