Special Events at The Watermill Center engage a unique and international network of artists, organizations, and arts enthusiasts and professionals. All funds raised support The Center’s year-round Artist Residency and Education Programs, providing a unique environment for emerging artists and thinkers to explore and develop new work.
Artists’ Table includes a farm-to-table meal prepared by local chef and restaurateur Jason Weiner and features an intimate presentation by our Artists-in-Residence.
Through our semi-annual Patron Trips, we open closed doors granting patrons and members exclusive access to performances, private collections, studio visits, and receptions in private homes.
Among The Watermill Center’s most popular events is the Annual Summer Benefit & Auction. Described as “an enchanted forest” and ”performance art extravaganza,” the Annual Summer Benefit unites the worlds of art, performance, music, theatre, design, architecture and fashion.
