ONCE WITHIN A TIME | Table workshop
Merging mythology, technology, theater and music in a multidisciplinary collaboration between Godfrey Reggio, Robert Wilson, and Philip Glass, Once Within A Time will explore and provoke concerns regarding the urgent pulse of global climate change through multigenerational voices and visions.

LA MALINCHE | Table workshop
This new stage work explores the story of La Malinche, a Nahua woman and slave from the Mexican Gulf Coast who played a key role in the Spanish conquest of the Aztec Empire, acting as an interpreter, advisor, and intermediary for the Spanish conquistador, Hernán Cortés. She later gave birth to Cortés’ first son, Martín, who is considered one of the first Mestizos.

UNTITLED | Table workshop
The director of the Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg has invited Robert Wilson to create and curate a “parcours” in the vast park of the castle of Rheinsberg to celebrate the 250 th birthday of Ludwig van Beethoven. Over the course of several hours, the visitors are to experience several stations, directed by different artists curated by Robert Wilson, who will himself also direct one or more stations.

THE MESSIAH | Staging workshop
For Salzburg’s “Mozart Week” Festival 2020, Artistic Director Rolando Villazón has invited Robert Wilson to create a production of the famous oratorio The Messiah. Written in 1741 by Georg Friedrich Händel and later adapted by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, the work is largely based on Luther’s Bible translation. Mozart’s adaptation was instrumental in making The Messiah Händel’s most widely known oratorio.

BACH : 6 SOLO | Staging workshop
The partitas and sonatas for solo violin by Johann Sebastian Bach are masterpieces – and a monumental task for any musician.Violinist Jennifer Koh, who played Einstein in Wilson’s latest revival of EINSTEIN ON THE BEACH, choreographer Lucinda Childs and Robert Wilson reunite to adapt these dynamic works.
